REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES
All of our merchandise is
inspected prior to shipping. We look over each piece to ensure the correct
size and to inspect the garment. We're sure you'll be pleased with the quality
and delivery of every item you receive. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to authorize a
return for store credit only. Returns accepted on some items within 30
days for exchange, or store credit. All refundable merchandise must be
in unused condition with all tags intact and in original box or packaging if
applicable. Any item that is
defective in workmanship will be exchanged or repaired.
To ensure the safety and health of our
customers all lingerie and intimate apparel items that comes into contact with
any bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc). including but not
limited to; oils and lotions, opened hosiery, undergarments, and novelty toys
are not returnable or exchangeable. Once these items have been shipped, we
consider them used and non-resalable. There will be no exceptions unless the
item has a manufacturer defect, so please make sure to check our size chart or
email questions before ordering.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping charges must be paid both ways for shoe exchanges. All shoes are
subject to 15% restocking fee per the supplier.
Custom items will be made from the
information supplied, so please MEASURE CAREFULLY and feel free to e-mail us
if you have any questions. If a custom item does not fit, we cannot
offer a refund unless the garment is not in accordance to the measurements
provided or if there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us for a
return authorization number prior to returning the garment.

to receive authorization number and approval to return. All products returned
should be 100 percent complete and in brand new condition, in the original box
and contain all original warranties and/or manuals when applicable.
For International
orders packages will be shipped USPS airmail only. A surcharge will be added
to the invoice on the order form to include any additional shipping fees
varying by country. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to custom
fees and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
